Tetiana joined Horizon Capital in December 2021 from KPMG where she started her career in 2007. At KPMG, she was Senior Manager at Audit Department providing management over a portfolio of up to 15 clients and delivering high quality audit and assurance services to Ukrainian and multinational companies. In addition to service delivery, she was responsible for monitoring and reaching financial KPIs on the projects and performed role of a coach/mentor to up to 10 junior members .

At Horizon Capital, Ms. Tsyrkun will provide finance advisory to Investment Team and portfolio companies contributing additional value to portfolio on finance matters, supporting founders and management teams, identifying and participating in key strategic transformational projects for all portfolio companies.

Tetiana holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Specialist’s degree in Law from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, and PhD in Economics. She is ACCA Member, Accounting and Finance, and Ukrainian certified auditor.
