Olga Kovalchuk joined Horizon Capital as an HR Director in August 2019. In this role she oversees human resource management for the firm and provides HR advise with a focus on Talent Management across the portfolio companies. Prior to joining Horizon Capital, Ms. Kovalchuk led the HR function at Astarta, one of the few IPO stories from Ukraine where she focused on new organizational design and led culture transformation. She has also held senior consultant position at WE Partners, an alliance of Korn Ferry, the top executive search firms on the market.

Ms. Kovalchuk earned her psychological degree from Sumy State University. Olga is a practicing career coach. She received her coaching background at St. Petersburg Institute of Coaching.
