Kateryna Ilieva joined Horizon Capital in January 2024.

In her most recent position as a State Expert at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Kateryna specialized in drafting governmental acts, analyzing EU and Ukrainian legislation, and coordinating significant digital programs such as the Digital Europe Programme and EU4Digital Programme.

Before that, Kateryna worked at Aequo Law Firm as an associate in the dispute resolution practice. In this position, she developed dispute-resolution strategies, researched Ukrainian and international law issues, and successfully represented clients in significant disputes.

Kateryna holds a Master of Laws degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, earned in 2021.

Kateryna’s dynamic background in legal affairs, combined with her extensive experience in governmental roles, positions her as a valuable addition to the Horizon Capital team.
