Anna joined Horizon Capital in 2025.

At Horizon Capital, Anna supports the Compliance Team by assisting in the development and execution of effective compliance projects. Her responsibilities include preparing compliance and integrity reviews, managing questionnaire responses, conducting research, and maintaining internal information systems. Anna also collaborates with portfolio teams and subject matter experts across the organization to promote best-in-class compliance practices, ensuring robust processes, accurate disclosures, and alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.

Previously, Anna held various roles at KPMG Ukraine, most recently serving as a Risk Management Specialist. In this role, she successfully managed complex KYC reports and contributed to task allocation for the KYC team. Earlier, as a Risk Management Junior Specialist, Anna was responsible for performing due diligence procedures, analyzing ownership structures, identifying ultimate beneficial owners, and conducting sanction monitoring. She also contributed to policy optimization and the development of templates to enhance compliance processes.
